Sales & Marketing Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AIMHI’s Sales & Marketing team, driving growth and scaling initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize customer acquisition and retention
  • Mentor and guide a team of 3-6 sales and marketing professionals
  • Drive sales initiatives, from lead generation to closing deals with potential clients
  • Oversee marketing campaigns for effective messaging and audience engagement
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry influencers
  • Analyze data to measure performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a managerial role in sales and marketing
  • Strong background in lead generation and sales funnel management
  • Experience in a sales quota environment
  • Experience in scaling a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies
