Senior Tech Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead our development team in continuously improving and expanding our current solutions through research, experimentation, and implementing new technologies and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and products
Be involved in both front-end and back-end development
Use your data science experience to help build powerful analytics tools
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, code quality, testing, and security
Mentor and train team members, helping to develop their skills and ensure their success
Work closely with the CTO to establish and execute our technology strategy and roadmap

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer, with a track record of delivering successful projects
At least 3 years of experience managing a technical team
Background in Python and AWS is a must
Some experience in data science and building analytics tools
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
